There being no objection, it was so ordered. 2004-04-07 House Journal Page 3257 Representative Coghill moved and asked unanimous consent that CSHB 339(JUD) be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading, and placed on final passage. There being no objection, it was so ordered. CSHB 339(JUD) was read the third time. The question being: "Shall CSHB 339(JUD) pass the House?"
